GAM shakes up leadership at Systematic arm

GAM, the Zurich-headquartered asset manager, has installed new leadership at its quantitative investments arm, amid a wider push by the listed fund group to bolster its expertise in alternatives.

Chris Longworth, who has been head of GAM Systematic since March 2023, has stepped down from his role and will leave the asset manager in December.
