GE Capital builds European leveraged finance

GE Commercial Finance, a division of GE Capital, the US financial services firm, has strengthened its position in the private equity market with the hires of Miles Alexander and James Inglis to its European leveraged finance group.

Inglis, who was previously a corporate financier at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), becomes an associate director, focusing on deal origination at GE Commerical Finance. During his seven-year career at PwC, he specialised in advisory services for the private equity market.
