GE Life, part of US-based GE Financial, has outsourced the management of its £540m (€826m) property portfolio to Credit Suisse Property Investment Management, the UK property arm of Credit Suisse Asset Management.

CSPIM will be the sole manager of GE Life's UK property assets. These include 45 properties, grouped in three different portfolios, and make up the property element of GE Pensions with-profit fund together with its unit-linked pension property fund.
