GenAI only of limited use so far, says MUFG trading head

As banks race to embrace generative AI and large language models, MUFG is taking a more tempered approach for its use in trading.

Stu Taylor, head of e-trading at the Japanese bank, said there are few viable use cases for the current iteration of the technology.
