The gender pay gaps at some of the City’s biggest firms have worsened over the past year as companies continue to grapple with large disparities in pay between their male and female staff.
The latest figures show a host of companies including HSBC, Nomura, Deloitte and McKinsey have all seen a deterioration in the difference between what men and women are paid, making the City one of the worst offenders in terms of gender remuneration.
