German airline faces tough time in bond sale, say analysts

Deutsche Lufthansa, the quoted German airline, is facing an uphill task as it prepares to sell straight bonds to investors for the first time in 15 years, according to analysts.

Woeful economic conditions, which have seen the airline sector particularly hard hit, are likely to force Deutsche Lufthansa to offer a chunky yield on the bonds, they said.
