German regulator issues do’s and don’ts in English for Brexit movers

German regulators have published, for the first time, an English language version of their checklist for financial services firms thinking of making a move to the country.

The 15-page document, translated by BaFin into English last week, outlines the watchdog’s requirements for deposit-taking institutions looking to establish a hub in the country. BaFin said it had taken the decision on the back of high demand this year.
