German regulators to conclude Citigroup probe by March

German prosecutors will decide whether to bring criminal charges against Citigroup futures traders involved in the controversial €15bn ($19.6bn) government bond trades by the end of March.

The traders and Citigroup could each face fines of up to €250,000 if further action is taken against them.
