Deutsche Börse should start publishing stock market strategy reports. It is currently backing a stock market game in Germany which offers prizes to investors who correctly guess the state of the market in the future.

Given the gyrations in the stock market, and especially the Neuer Markt, since the game was launched in September, the name of the game suggests that Deutsche Börse has a good inside take on the market: Stock Roulette.
