Germany's Talanx prepares €4bn float

Talanx, Germany's third largest insurer and parent of Hannover Re, is preparing for a possible stock market flotation next year. Analysts said the company is worth about €4bn ($5.2bn).

A spokesman for Talanx confirmed that the company was ready to float and the button could be pushed at any time.
