A derivatives broker is hoping to overturn a High Court decision defending employers' rights after his former employer alleged that he had breached the terms of his contract.

On Monday a High Court judge ruled in favour of Simon Morgan's previous employer, TFS Derivatives, in a ruling that could have serious ramifications for the brokerage industry.
