Investment bank Jefferies has again emerged as an adviser to a European company listing in the US under President Obama's Jobs Act

Investment bank Jefferies has again emerged as an adviser to a European company listing in the US under President Obama's Jobs Act.

The US bank, along with JP Morgan and Credit Suisse, was named in documents filed last week by GFI Software, a European software company headquartered in Luxembourg. GFI Software was founded in 1992 and provides network and email security. It is aiming to raise $100m.
