Gilde, the Dutch private equity firm, has hired Lars Lindell as a director to look at deals and portfolio management of the firm's information technology fund.
Lindell joins Gilde from nCoTec, the wireless technology venture capital firm, where he was chief technology officer and most recently a part-time consultant on the wireless industry. Previously, Lindell worked for Ericsson for more than 10 years in Sweden, Japan, the UK and Mexico. He has also worked for Salomon Smith Barney, where he was a vice president and European telecoms equipment equity research analyst.
