City power couple Gina and Alan Miller are calling on the UK Treasury to investigate what they claim are failings by the country's financial regulator to enforce new cost-disclosure rules for fund managers.

Under the EU’s Markets in Financial Instruments Directive, the second iteration of which came into force in January, asset managers must disclose all costs and charges to prospective investors on a website or single document.
