Global approach to crypto regulation ‘not going to happen’, experts say

The unified and harmonious global regulation of the crypto trading market is “not going to happen” and would risk stifling innovation within the sector, according to a panel of experts speaking at a Financial News breakfast briefing on June 12.

After several years of problems for global and national policymakers, financial regulators have launched initiatives attempting to co-ordinate their approach to cryptocurrencies.
