Three industry associations have formed a working group to develop reform recommendations to improve investor confidence following moves by other regulatory bodies pushing for greater transparency in the credit markets.

Members of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, the American Securitization Forum and the European Securitisation Forum will sit on a steering committee of 25 people co-led by Jeffrey Perlowitz, the co-head of global securitised markets at Citigroup and Sanjeev Handa, TIAA-Cref’s head of global public markets.
