Goldman Sachs and BlackRock are the most open-minded firms in the City of London, according to a poll of finance sector workers.
Contrary to perceptions of finance being an Old Boys' Club saddled with old-fashioned views, especially among its senior ranks, more than half (54%) of financial services employees think their company is open-minded and willing to consider new ideas, salary benchmarking site Emolument.com found. It surveyed 2,500 professionals, almost 30% of whom work in financial services.
