Goldman and Morgan Stanley lead crowded pack on Cabot listing

Five banks are working on a deal to list debt repurchase company Cabot Financial on the London Stock Exchange.

Goldman Sachs, with a team including Europe, Middle East and Africa co-head of equity capital markets Richard Cormack and European financial institutions group head Dirk Lievens, is joint global co-ordinator.
