Goldman Sachs has added another managing director to its growing roster of corporate brokers, a UK business it has built up over the past two years.

Corporate brokers advise companies on strategy, including financing options and potential acquisitions, and communicate with shareholders. They often do this for a nominal fee with the aim of picking up more lucrative capital markets and advisory mandates from the relationships.
