Goldman, Sachs & Co, the private banking arm of Goldman Sachs, has opened an office in Geneva, its second office in Switzerland.

The 12-strong team is headed by Alexander Classen, executive director. The Geneva office will focus on managing assets for wealthy individuals, families and foundations in Switzerland, South America, Southern Europe and the Middle East.
