Goldman Sachs chief executive David Solomon made $31m in 2023. That’s a 24% raise from the year before.

His pay package consisted of a $2m base salary and a cash bonus of $8.7m. It also included a stock award tied to how well the bank performs in the next few years valued at $20.3m.
