Goldman Sachs has shaken up its vaunted mergers and acquisitions group, naming Michael Carr and Gilberto Pozzi co-heads of the outfit.

Carr and Pozzi will join Gregg Lemkau, an existing co-head of global M&A at the firm, according to a memo disseminated internally Thursday.
