Goldman Sachs has reshuffled its European leveraged finance team, appointing Jim Karp as head of the investment banking part of the business.

Karp, who previously headed leveraged loan syndication, is now managing relationships with the bank's corporate clients. Doug Henderson will head European leveraged loans.
