Goldman Sachs is asking London-based staff to come back to the office on two-week rotations, telling employees that any return is "entirely voluntary" as the US bank prepares to reopen its doors to more people from Monday.

In a memo sent to UK staff on 10 June, Goldman said it's "slowly ramping up" a return to its London headquarters at Plumtree Court, which has been operating with a skeleton crew of around 200 people for the past two months.
