Goldman Sachs Asset Management is sending a clear warning to firms that it will vote against executives that do not heed its demands.

From March 2022, the $2tn asset manager expects all S&P 500 and FTSE 100 companies to have at least one “diverse director from an underrepresented ethnic minority group on their board”, following changes to its proxy voting policies.
