Goldman Sachs, Citi and JPMorgan reopen London offices after second lockdown

London HQs are open again, but bankers are not rushing back

Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Citi are all encouraging more UK employees back to the office following the lifting of a nationwide lockdown, but most major investment banks do not expect a huge influx of staff into the City before Christmas.

The US investment banks have told London employees that their offices are available to those who need it following a month of lockdown, lifted on 2 December, and numbers are expected to ramp up again in the coming weeks.
