Goldman Sachs has hired an expert on the structure of stock markets from rival Morgan Stanley, as large investment banks continue to digest Europe’s complex new trading rulebook.

Eleanor Beasley will join Goldman in February as European head of market structure and regulatory strategy, a spokesman said.
