Goldman Sachs has lost one of its senior aerospace and defence analysts, Howard Rubel, to SoundView Technology, the US research-driven securities firm based in Connecticut.

Rubel, who has been ranked several times among the best stock pickers in his sector by The Wall Street Journal and Institutional Investor magazine, has joined SoundView as a managing director and aerospace and defence analyst after 10 years at Goldman Sachs.
