Goldman Sachs has made a series of management changes in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Dermot McDonogh, the bank’s international controller, chief financial officer for Emea and chief executive officer of Goldman Sachs International Bank, will become chief operating officer for Emea, according to a January 23 memo seen by FN.
