Goldman Sachs has named a new head of UK M&A as large investment banks continue to shake-up their teams in the country amid a boom in deals.
The US bank has promoted Owain Evans as co-head of UK M&A, according to a memo seen by Financial News. A former Morgan Stanley banker, Evans has worked at Goldman since 2011 and was promoted to managing director six years ago.
