Goldman Sachs has elevated its top fixed income sales partner in London into a role leading the division globally in a shake-up of its senior ranks.

Sam Morgan, a partner who leads fixed income, currencies and commodities sales at Goldman Sachs in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, has been named global head of sales in the unit, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
