The head of Goldman Sachs in Europe earned $19m last year, according to a report that reveals the details of Richard Gnodde's salary and bonus payments for the first time.
Gnodde's promotion to vice chairman at Goldman last year meant his pay was disclosed in the Wall Street bank's annual report on Friday. His pay package comprised $1.85m in cash, a fixed allowance of $8.15m made up of cash and equity and $9m in deferred equity.
