In its latest filing with the SEC, dated November 2, Goldman Sachs revealed that its partner pool had decreased to 407 since its last filing in February: 33 are no longer on the partners list, while two - Mark Schwartz and Richard Phillips - have been added to the bank's most senior ranks.
