Goldman Sachs named new leaders of its UK investment bank and European equity advisory unit as part of a broader shake-up at the US banking giant.

Richard Cormack, its long-serving co-head of equity capital markets, has been named co-head of UK investment banking alongside Nimesh Khiroya — its head of activism and shareholder advisory in Europe, the Middle East and Africa who made the cut to partner only last week.
