Goldman Sachs will from next Monday split its 38,000-plus global workforce between offices, back-up sites and home in response to the outbreak of coronavirus.

The bank's plans come on the same day that rival JPMorgan announced similar measures aimed at protecting staff from the Covid-19 virus, which has now infected some 130,000 people globally, killing more than 4,750.
