Goldman Sachs’s co-head of corporate broking is set to depart the Wall Street bank for rival Morgan Stanley. 

Jimmy Bastock, who joined Goldman Sachs from Deutsche Bank in 2017 to bolster its corporate broking push, is joining Morgan Stanley as a managing director, according to people familiar with the appointment.
