Goldman Sachs is to set up an equity sales team in Paris in an attempt to improve its coverage of institutional clients in France.

Matthieu Duncan, formerly head of convertibles in London, has relocated to Paris to become head of equities in France. His previous role in London will be divided into three, so that he will be replaced by a head of convertible sales, a head of convertibles trading and a head of convertibles research.
