A former Goldman Sachs staffer who took the bank to an employment tribunal after being dismissed in a “catch-up” meeting has had her claim struck out by the court.

Yoana Yoshovska, who was an executive director and senior counsel at Goldman according to her LinkedIn profile, had worked for the bank for six years when she was invited into a room with her line manager in September 2020.
