The Goldman Sachs partner responsible for technology in Europe has lamented the lack of women in the field, and stressed the importance of having role models for young women to look up to.

Jo Hannaford, head of technology for the US investment bank in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, said during an in-house podcast: “Now I’ve reached 30 years into my career, I look around and I think, ‘Where have those women gone?’”
