Google is to introduce gender neutral toilets at its UK offices, putting pressure on other large companies in the City to modernise their approach to workforce diversity.

The technology giant will install the toilets at its new £1bn headquarters in Kings Cross, becoming one of the first major companies to do so. A person familiar with the matter said: “Google is committed to expanding access to gender neutral facilities across its offices so that anyone can use the restroom of their choice.”
