The chief executive of M&G Investments and senior managers at the London Stock Exchange and Columbia Threadneedle have been named among a group that will help carry out a review of the UK's audit watchdog.
Sir John Kingman, the chairman of Legal & General, was appointed to lead the review of the Financial Reporting Council in April.
