Grainger, the UK residential property owner and manager, has appointed Simon Davies as a non-executive director on its board. Davies is a former chief executive of Threadneedle Asset Management. He stepped down as executive chairman of the firm earleir this year after five years in the position. He is currently chairman of JP Morgan Overseas Investment Trust and a director of Intrinsic Financial Services.
