Recent hires in the corporate broking team at Schroder Salomon Smith Barney (SSSB) have paid off as Granada, the UK television broadcaster, has appointed the bank as its third joint corporate broker.

SSSB joins Granada's two other brokers, ABN Amro Hoare Govett and Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB).
