Tens of back-office jobs are set to be cut at Grant Thornton’s UK arm as the consultancy outsources roles to India, according to reports.

The majority of UK secretaries at the firm were axed earlier in the summer, the Financial Times reports. Personal assistants and support staff have also been caught up in the cuts that sources told the paper number around 100 individuals.
