Graphite Capital, the owner of restaurant chain Hawksmoor, has completed its first deal of 2016 with the acquisition of pub and restaurant chain New World Trading Company, according to a statement.

The firm acquired the company from a consortium including Living Ventures Group, Hill Capital and mid-market buyout firm LDC.
