Jan Werner, a managing director in mergers and acquisitions at Citigroup, is joining New York-listed investment bank Greenhill as head of its new Nordic advisory practice.

Werner has worked at Citigroup for five years including a stint as head of Nordic investment banking. He will be Greenhill's first managing director devoted to Nordic M&A.
