Greenhill & Co has recruited a veteran Lazard banker to lead a push into the French market.

The US-headquartered independent investment bank has hired Amélie Négrier-Oyarzabal as a managing director and head of France. She will be based in London while Greenhill awaits regulatory approval for a new Paris office.
