GRP Partners, the US venture capital firm, has hired Hervé Defforey as a partner in its European team.

Although Defforey will be focusing on investment in Germany, sourcing and executing deals, he will be working out of London. Because of his family commitments, the firm is relocating its sole team member based in Germany to London and closing its Munich office.
