Guggenheim Securities today announced the appointment of Michael Henkin as senior managing director and co-head of restructuring.

Henkin, who will be based in San Francisco, joins Guggenheim Securities after spending fourteen years at Jefferies, where he most recently served as managing director and co-head of the recapitalisation and restructuring group
