Technology-focused venture capital firm, Hambro Perks, has unveiled a £150m special purpose acquisition company set to list on the London Stock Exchange —  the first significant UK blank cheque company since a regulatory overhaul earlier this year to capture the Spac craze.

Hambro Perks Acquisition Company, which will target technology companies in the UK, is set to list in the City, it said in a statement. Dominic Perks, its chief executive, said it had chosen London because "it’s the technology capital of Europe".
